A dramatic bluff-top deck with expansive Pacific views and an attached cottage. This is the only Crystal Cove event site that permits a DJ.

Planning Your Event
Each Crystal Cove event location has its own capacities, requirements and guidelines.
Our catering team can help guide you through the details for your celebration.
Site Fees & State Park Requirements
Each event site has a rental fee determined by California State Parks. Site fees are paid to the State as the permit fee for use of the space for a private event.
Site fees are currently reduced by 50% from November through March. Additional State requirements, application and monitoring fees may apply.
Music & Entertainment
Music requirements vary by location. The Beaches Cottage and Education Commons generally permit acoustic entertainment. The Cultural Center Deck is the only event site that permits a DJ.
Catering, Alcohol & Outside Vendors
The Beachcomber Café is the preferred caterer for events within the Crystal Cove Historic District and provides alcoholic beverages for events.
Wedding Planner & Coordination
A wedding planner or day-of coordinator is strongly recommended. The Beachcomber catering team manages the contracted catering and service elements of your event.
Ceremonies
Wedding ceremonies may be arranged throughout the Historic District event sites. Ceremonies directly on the sand are seasonally available.
Event Hours
Event setup may begin as early as 8:00 AM. Events generally conclude by 9:00 PM, with the Cultural Center Deck permitted to conclude at 10:00 PM.
Guest Parking & Access
Guests park in the Los Trancos parking area off Pacific Coast Highway and may take the Beachcomber Shuttle or walk through the pedestrian tunnel to reach the Historic District.
Crystal Cove Cottages
Crystal Cove cottages are booked separately and are available on a first-come, first-served basis through ReserveCalifornia.
